Reports

The Reports window allows a user to generate multiple reports on collections, allocations, expenses or employees.

The Allocation reports that can be generated include allocated funds or collected fees sorted and totaled by either Management Codes, EBLI Fund Codes or RIM Codes for Fee Demo sites.  The same type of reports are available for Expenses but with additional reports for NFC System Transaction Codes and Payable Accounts for determining expenses per supplier or vendor.  The Employee reports include Planned Hours worked by employees and Salaries By Name, Management Code or Pay Period.  Finally, the Summary reports collapse all financial details into grand totals for allocations and expenses by Management Codes, EBLI Fund Codes or RIM / INFRA Codes for Fee Demo sites.  The Summary reports can be used to balance to NFC reports.

The reports can all be limited to a date range.  The date range at the bottom of the window controls all reports and defaults to the current fiscal year.

The Close button will close the Reports window and return to the main window.
